Avocado Shake


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Avocado (Peeled)
  • 3-4 pieces Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (Fat or Non-Fat Milk/ Coconut Milk/ Almond Milk) any of your choice of milk.
  • 2 T-Spoon Sugar or Honey
Recipe:
  • Add avocado, ice cubes, milk and sugar in a mixer jar and blend them until completely smooth.
  • Taste and add more sugar according to your taste and you can add more milk if you wand more thinner consistency of shake.
  • Transfer shake in a glass and enjoy your it.
