Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avocado (Peeled)
- 3-4 pieces Ice Cubes
- 1/2 Cup Milk (Fat or Non-Fat Milk/ Coconut Milk/ Almond Milk) any of your choice of milk.
- 2 T-Spoon Sugar or Honey
- Add avocado, ice cubes, milk and sugar in a mixer jar and blend them until completely smooth.
- Taste and add more sugar according to your taste and you can add more milk if you wand more thinner consistency of shake.
- Transfer shake in a glass and enjoy your it.
