Ingredients:
- Noodles- 1 Cake 150 g. (Semi Boiled) (more than enough for 2 persons)
- Onion- 1 Finely chopped
- Garlic- 5-6 Cloves (Minced)
- Green & Red Bell Paper (Capsicum)- 1 Finely Chopped (an size or shape would be fine)
- Carrot- 1 in 2"size Chopped (an size or shape would be fine)
- Green Cabbage- 100 g. Chopped
- Green Spring Onion- 2-3 pieces Finely Chopped
- Black Pepper- 1/2 t-spoon
- Salt- 1/2 t-spoon (as per your taste)
- Ajinomoto or Chines Salt- 1 t-spoon
- Soy Sauce- 4 t-spoon
- Chilly Sauce- 2 t-spoon
- Oil- 4 t-spoon
- White Vinegar- 2 t-spoon
- Green Chilly- 2 Finely Chopped
Below is the picture of noodles that I'm going to use here.
Boil water in a big bowl and add noodles, boil them till al dente.

- Drain off the excess water and rince them under running water to remove extra starch . Keep the noodles in cold water. This helps to keep them non-sticky or just after immediately you drain noodles, keep noodles masala ready so that immediately you can add noodles in that, this will help noodles to mix in masala well.
- Mean while noodle are about to boil, heat oil in a large pan on high flame and add vegetables (Onion, capsicum/well peppers, cabbage, carrot, green chilly and garlic) and saute for 1-2 minutes.
