Mint & Coriander Chutney

Ingrediants:
  • 1 Bunch of Mint (Leaves)
  • 1 Bunch of Coriander/ Cilantro (Leaves)
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/4 T-spoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 Lemon (Juice)/Raw Mango pulp
  • 1/2 Avocado (Peeled
  • Salt (as per your taste)
Recipe:
  • Place all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend it until it turns into smooth paste.
  • If needed, You can add little water while blending. You can make it thin or thick as per your choice.
  • Now chutney is ready, you can enjoy it with any kind of snacks like kababs, parathas, tikkies, cutlets, sandwich etc.
