Quick bite Recipe: Potato Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • Mint Chutney
  • Tomato Catch-up
  • Butter (Optional)
For Sandwich stuffing:
  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • 1/2 bunch Green Coriander/ Cilantro
  • 1 Green Chilly (Chopped)
  • 1/4 t-spoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 t-spoon Salt 
  • 1/4 t-spoon Red Chilly powder
  • 1/4 t-spoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 t-spoon Garam Masala Powder
  • All purpose seasoning (Optional)
Recipe:
  • Mix all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl with mashed potato.
  • Apply catch-up on one bread slice and mint chutney on another one.
  • place potato stuffing on one slice and cover with second bread slice.
  • Now place the sandwich on griller or sandwich maker and apply little amount of butter on both the sides, now wait until it turns into golden color.
  • Sandwich is ready enjoy it with your choice of chutney or catch-up.
